Legal Question in Banking Law in India
i have given guarantee of my house in favor of a company who has taken loan from the bank during the year 1997.
DRT decreed the amount to company and gauranter. Recovery officer auctioned my house first before recovery from the company. after making auction of my house , Bank done settlement with the company and given NOC.
I loosed my house
pl advise -can my self approach to any court for justice

Dear Sir / Madam,
You may legally pursue for recovery of the amount you lost on the house from the Company.
