Legal Question in Banking Law in India

I hope i have a wrong credit in my account a couple of days back. My contact info is up to date in Bank. but i haven't received any call from anybody or the bank personals. Can I reach the bank's customer care to authorize them to withdraw the amount back? Is there any do and don't i should be cautious of while doing so?

Dear Sir / Madam,

The Bank normally does not err in passing wrong credits to a customer's account. Even if has occurred, the Bank will rectify the mistake. You in turn should verify the detail of the credit to confirm that it is genuine.
