Legal Question in Banking Law in India
I initiate a online money transfer process of Rs.1.5 Lakh . Due to technical failure in the banking system the amount transferred twice where as only Rs.2 Lakh remain in my account resulting a loss of Rs. 50 thousand to me and Rs. 1 lakh to the bank. Instead of paying back Rs. 50 thousand to me the bank forced me to pay Rs. 1 Lakh with interest. What I have to Do now?
