Legal Question in Banking Law in India
I have issued a Cheque of 13K, it was an emergency. I have a doubt that my signed for that Bank is different one. what should I do? Will it be any legal issue ? What should I do ?

Dear Madam / Sir,
Please tell the bank to inform you if your cheque is returned back unpaid by the bank.
