Legal Question in Banking Law in Pakistan
what is the law about deceased person credit card dues recover by his son? is this allow in law that the banking court issued a suit against the death person against the dues with bank ?? this is all happen with me... Please Help me

No suit can be intimated against deceased. And recovery can't be made through legal heirs of credit card.
