Legal Question in Banking Law in India
Loss of Pension Payment Order by the Syndicate Bank Officials due to which my mother is not getting pension from June-2014. Please guide me how the pension has to be commenced.

Dear Sir / Madam,
Please immediately inform the Pension Issuing Government Body, Institution or Authority (where your mother retired from or your father retired from) with a copy to the concerned Branch Manager at the Bank to immediately process and release your mother's pension. If no response is received from either within 15 days, you should write to the Pension Adalat, New Delhi for intervention and action.
