you can make and own a single member company and after getting it registered you can do the business over there and make and receive payments on the name of your company. For legal help feel free to call me 0323-5423673

you r legal and strong footing is an essential if you are trying to enter in corporate deals like this. SMC is the best option, that way you can have a firm and legitimate contract with foreign companies to reciprocate or serve you as an agent or become your legal representative company to further transact the business. like the one you have in mind.
