i purchased the panchayat approved land for construct home, can i get for loan for land also

1) If ur title is legaly clear, there should not be problem.
2) Show to the bank where u wanted to avail loan will tell.

Yes, you are eligible to get a housing loan for construction of the house, not for purchase of the land.
