Legal Question in Banking Law in India

I have received a notice from court stating that a check issued to xyz person has been bounced .

And it gave me 15 days time period .

After checking my documents I found that this check number belongs to abc bank .which I had closed 3 months back (since this account was opend by my previous company so after leaving this job my account was closed).

After doing further investigation I found that my check book was stolen by one of my relative ,who has issued this check to pay his credit which he has taken from this xyz person.and told him that the name written on check leaf is my real name.(name written in the bottom of check leaf).

When I asked my relative about this fraudulent activity .he is refusing to accept that he has used my check . But when I asked this xyz person that how he has got this check .he is saying that he got this check from so and so (my relative) person.

I have no connection with this xyz person .in fact i did not even know him before getting this notice from court.

Kindly suggest me what should I do in this matter .

Thank you ,
