Legal Question in Banking Law in India

I have recently joined a small size cooperative bank as GM. The Few directors of the bank took me with all respect and wants to join hands with me to grow the bank. However 3 4 of the directors who are self centered and reportedly corrupt, are not happy with me, since i am putting up the loans as per the regulators guidelines. Also few things like training, transfers of senior members to the RIGHT places are not welcomed. Though there are 2 professional directors, they are keeping away since they cannot always scream in the board meetings. Ananymous complaints have started flowing in against me because of my strict working. 4/5th of directors want me and expressing support but they also cant stop these bad directors to trouble the bank. Please advise how to handle this scenario.

Regards,
