Legal Question in Banking Law in India

I got a refund from my college of Rs 72009 but I was not agree in the amount refunded by the institute.Thus I filed writ petition in Punjab and haryana high court.The cheque was issued on 9th march 2016.The matter is subjudice and next hearing is on 4th July.What should I do as after 9 June ,it will become POST DATED CHEQUE.

1) The cheque should be presented on or before 8th June 2016. It should be debited on 8th from the drawers a/c at the drawee bank.

2) If not reached the drawee bank, then the cheque became stale (not post dated) require re-validation.

You should draw the attention of the Judge hearing the case and deposit the cheque for clearing with the Judge's consent.
