Legal Question in Banking Law in India

Respected sir,

kindly suggest me that if i ask to my bank about my education loan interest subsidy claim, my bank given in writing that bank claim in year 2009, 2010,2011,2012,2013,2015. But when i cheek it through online on web portal of canara bank then i found that my bank claim only in year 2009, 2010, 2011,& 2015.

The year & amount 2012 & 2013 is not mention on web portal of canara bank.

Kindly suggest me that what action can i take against the bank, can i get some compensation amount from my bank for this or not.

First, take statement of a/c from the bank and verify whether subsidy has been credited. If not, seek clarification in person.

Dear Sir / Madam,

You should meet the concerned Bank Manager and check all the calculations, negotiate, agree, repay and settle the final outstanding education loan amount.
