Legal Question in Banking Law in India

hello sir, I am kanika Bansal. I have one more problem for which i want your legal advice. I joined HDFC bank in november 2015. I resigned to bank on 21-7- 2016 because i got another job in a big company at Chandigarh for which i was bound to join immediately from 1-8-2016. I handover the charge to bank on 27-7-2016 and explained the reason in written to bank authorities via email that i am not coming anymore on duty from tomorrow for such reason and requested for the re leave letter and i did not go to the bank after 27-7-2016. According to the contact's terms and conditions of bank for resignation it is compulsory to give one months notice and if any person gives the resignation before one month and leaves the bank, he will have to pay his one months salary to bank and it is managements discretion power. I clearly mentioned in my emails that i want to pay my one months salary to the bank.

Sir, now the problem is that bank authorities ( branch manager, clustral head, HR) are harassing me, pressurizing me and threatening me via emails and on phones for not resigning and if i re-leave the bank before one month period, they will take legal action against me and they will not give me the re leave letter and they will terminate me and will complaint to my new company also and like this.

sir, i am very upset and moreover i have to join my new company after 2 days on 1-8-2016. Please guide me soon what should i do?.which type of action bank can take against me? where i am strong legally? should i give the information/complaint to the Zonal head and MD of the bank or not? should i give any type of legal notice to bank or not? thanks with regards. By Kanika Bansal.
