Legal Question in Banking Law in India

Sir I have purchased material from mp and for the remaining balance I have given check of total 13740.Sir I have purchased the material with warranty rates.

The supplier had given me time to think for wanting material with warranty rates or without warranty rates, so I decided to cancel the warranty rates, I told him and recorded the phone conversation.

Now if I cancel the warranty rates then total of 11150 rs will be less.

But he's telling that warranty rates cannot be cancelled now but I have the recording that he has given me the time and before the time I have cancelled the warranty rates.

But the problem is I have given him the check of full amount.

Sir I want to stop the check payment by stop check facility.

Sir what will be the consequences if I stop the check.

Waiting for your prompt reply.
