Legal Question
sir i have worked in iiht i will have to get 42000rs salary+reimbursement but in mistake the m.d has signed on 59000rs .then my freind has told me to give him 17000rs after he will give me a cheque of 59000rs but today he is denying i have given him 17000rs in hand.kindly give me solutions
