Legal Question in Banking Law in India
Sir , I am working in govt organisation and my colleque has taken the personal loan and i was the guarantor for that. he has resigned and gone and defaulted the loan . Now i want to go for housing loan but my cibil score is showing low due to this .I am not able to trace him also. What shall i do ? Please advice ..
