Legal Question in Banking Law in India
Sir,
Can i get the certified copies of my Annual Confidential Report under RTI act 2005 from my Bank, if the Bank refuses to give me the copies then where should i make the complaint.

only administrative process can be asked from any public authority.
The Bank should be aided by Government.
