Legal Question in Banking Law in India

Hello Sir,
I am Hemanth.
I given money (1,20,000) to one person due to some business, that business gone. I asked him to return the money. He given a cheque to deposit. I deposited the cheque but he called the bank people told stop the payment of cheque(wat cheque he given to me that cheque ) and in his account insufitient amount also. can i put against him compliant. I am from former background. I dont no the procedure. I mentioned my number here. 9538881101. i WANT that amount for my mom operation. Please any lawyer call me and help. what i can do next. I am waiting for your call.
