Legal Question in Banking Law in India

Sir,

While working as Bank employee i had debited saving account of my friends as per their verbal instructions and didn`t took their written consent. later on Bank took objection on such debit entries and suspended me, later on i have submitted the written debit consent, notarized affedavid of all the customers whose account has been debited by me, all the customers vouched for their consent for debit transaction in the Banks enquiry also the police had also conducted the enquiry and all the customers gave written consent to Police also, even after all these proofs the bank is not accepting my submission, what protection i will get if i go in the court against the Bank.

Dear Sir / Madam,

Your actions render you liable to termination of service from the bank. Hence, I envisage you will land up in serious trouble in case you attempt to initiate legal proceedings against the Bank, let alone protection. You should look for another job and never commit such foolish mistakes.
