Legal Question in Bankruptcy in Pakistan
Asalam Wo Alykum,
I want to seek your kind opining sir in my issue.
Subject: Bankruptcy/Banking matter of credit card
I was doing job in Saudi Arabia in the period 2007-2008. I used credit card of SABB Saudi bank in Saudi Arabia during that period. in year 2008, i lost my job and came back to my home country Pakistan. Now in year 2014, a recovery and collection company namely Bilkish Associates in karachi is calling me (on behalf of Saudi SABB Bank ) to clear outstanding amount of Saudi riyal 14,000. I am a jobless person and no business. i am not in a position to pay any amount.
I want to know...What should I do? what is my legal position? is there any possibility of criminal proceeding by Bilkish Associates against me.

plz specify head of the amount you ought to pay to the bank ?. Apparently, it is suggested not to make any undertaking etc with the them..
