Legal Question in Business Law in India
What is the binding force of any guideline which came into force fifteen days before the enforcement of a contract. Would it be enforceable in rem? This is in reference to Indian Contract Act.

Yes, the guideline will be applicable and enforceable in rem since it came into force prior to enforcement of the contract.
