Legal Question in Business Law in India
So if I go and buy a competitor product at a wholesaler/ distributor and tell him that I am from XYZ company and going to launch this kind of product , is it fine by the laws of competition in India ?

Dear Sir / Madam,
The wholesaler / distributor is least bothered what you are going to do ahead with the product ... whether you are going to launch it in India or overseas. The wholesaler / distributor is solely interested in booking and completing the sale with your payment settlement.
