Legal Question in Business Law in Myanmar

I buy some gold from two lady's they take from some one and now the problem is they don't give money to that owner and owner make case to this two lady by the of 406 now what can I do plz help me

Dear Sir / Madam,

If you have purchased the gold from the two ladies and you have already paid them the agreed purchase price, it is the ladies lookout whether, how and when they pay the money to the previous owner of the gold. It is not your problem. If at all you are questioned, you will tell the person questioning you : "Either you return back my money (purchase price you paid for the gold) with interest @ 18% per annum and take back the gold, else just forget about it."
