hi, i want to know if i can change the marketing company to distributor company

Depends on what the memorandum of your company stipulates.

I am not sure you need to. If you have distribution business mentioned in the "Objects Clause" in your Memorandum and Articles of Association (which I assume should have been included in for marketing company) then you do not need a change since it is already included as part of the business that the company can engage in.
If however, it is not included, then you need to amend the Memorandum and Articles of Association by filing a resolution to that effect
