there is a person who employed three men from a agency .. their contract mentions their employment period to be not more than 3 months .. but the person wants to extend their period of employment and for so he files a lawsuit.. may i get points to support the said persons arguement?

Dear Sir / Madam,

It is up to the three persons whether they wish to extend the employment contract. I see no sense in any lawsuit here as there is prima facie no case whatsoever.
