Legal Question in Business Law in Germany

Dear lawyer,

I live in Germany, Munich and study here in the University. I have visa which let me work as a student for 120 full days or 240 half days. Now I am searching foe a job but also I found an opportunity to work as an online freelancer. I have few legal questions about it:

1) Which document do I need?

As I understood I need to have Identification number, Tax number, Insurance. What are others document?

2) Do I need to register myself as a \"self-employed\" or as a freelancer?

3) Can I work only the hours which are written in the visa? Are there any restrictions in working time?

4) Can I combine freelancing and normal working job/internship?

5) If yes, will there be restrictions in time? Or I can work 120 full days/240 half days as a working student/intern and pay as much time as I want on online freelancing? Or I have to do both lying down in the hours prescribed in the visa?

Thank you in advance for your reply.

To my knowledge, international students who do not come from the EU or the EEA (since you have been granted the 120-day-work-permission I assume that this is the case) are prohibited from working self-employed or as freelancers at all. I advise you to contact the international office at your university (Akademisches Auslandsamt). Anyone who wishes to start a business has to file a business registration (Gewerbeanmeldung) at the local trade office (Gewerbeamt). The fiscal office has to issue a VAT number, too.
