Legal Question in Business Law in India

Dear Sir

I registered a partnership firm under registrar in 2013 with my one partner. But till now we have not opened any bank a/c, Sale tax a/c, pan and any other no. We have not done any busniness in this firm. My business partner doesn't want to continue. But i want to use the name of the firm and he has no issue. Can i use it as my personal or proprietorship concern firm. Partnership ration was 80% my part & 20% his part.

Dear Sir / Madam,

It is not advisable nor recommended to use the firm name as your personal or proprietary concern in view of the legal complications you may face in future from all those with whom you have dealings, as well as with your partner too.
