Legal Question in Business Law in India

My friend (female married) working in private company was on offical duty outstation and stayed in company guest house. Had sex with on office colleague (married) in the company transit house. It was having both persons consent. Is it illegal as per industrial or indian law ? If yes of No can we know ref no of rule or law

Sex by mutual consensus of both the adult partners is not illegal as per any law in India.
