Legal Question in Business Law in India
We are leading Engineering Industry in Tamilnadu. In order to cater manpower to our own industries in India, we have opened a separate wing for Manpower Services which is in different name than from our Brand name. Now, suppose if we take Security Guard and supply to our Manufacturing set up, do we need to apply for Licence or without licence we can continue the Manpower Recruitment and supply within our own group?

Dear Sir / Madam,
If the Manpower Services wing is just a Division of the same Company, you need not apply for a separate Licence.
