Legal Question in Business Law in India
Hi, I paid advance to join a course in an institute. The class will start in one month. But now I decided that I wont join the institute seeing the poor reviews online. I asked for my money back, which they are refusing to give. Is it legal for them to do that considering the class has not even started ?
