As per our view, it can not be done because Partnership arises from contract and not from status, like company which is a separate legal entity.however individual partners can form a new partnership firm (Joint venture kind) to do the particular business subject to cross check of legal parameters.

There is no bar on a firm joining another firm as a partner; however, a commercial decision may be taken only after consulting an advocate personally with all your documents.

Partners can join as partners in another firm but firm has no legal entity like company so it cannot join

Dear Friend,

A Partnership firm is not a separate legal entity. Hence a partnership firm can not join another partnership firm.

However, a partner in a firm may join as a partner in another firm, subject to the conditions mentioned in the deed of partnership of the earlier firm.

A partner is jointly and severely liable for the act and action of the firm, which means that law recognizes a Partner and the firm in itself is nothing without the liability of the partners.
