Legal Question in Business Law in India
I have posted this massage before also but forget to mention that the client is from California.
Hi am from India. We are doing designing work as a freelancer. One of our client made website from us & in freelancer.com website. We design & developed all & he released the total money there also. Then after 10 days he filled a reversal in his credit card & all the money which he released will be reverted to his account. Freelancer site taking no responsibility saying its for security reason they refunded the money. Now what we do? The client is from California. we were no where else now. Have lost our time , hard work & money. Please suggest
