Legal Question in Business Law in India

One of my previous working company is as lodged a FIR against me saying" I outsourced an project worth 30 lakhs to other company" And they are asking to pay that amount.

which i didn't do it... also I didn't sign any contract with other company at that time.

Also, they didn't gave me offer letter or any agreement while i was working there.

once i left a company , we all signed one document saying that" company management is changed and handed over to that person"

I'm confused that, if I face any problems because of that.....

because of thie FIR will it be any problem for VISA..

Dear Sir / Madam,

Since you now know that your previous Company has lodged an FIR against you, obtain a copy of the FIR and you must file your written statement and reply in your defense, clearly stating the facts, with the concerned Police Station where the FIR has been lodged, and obtain an acknowledgement thereto. This will ensure that you are in no way prevented from obtaining your Visa to visit overseas. Now, the onus is on the Company to prove that you are solely accountable and responsible to have actually outsourced the project which has resulted in a financial loss to the Company.

Regards,
