Internet transaction is not restricted in Indonesia so long as it does not contravene public morality, order and interest. Any export of goods from Indonesia to other countries must comply with Indonesian rules and regulations. Prior to any transaction it is advisable to check whether the goods are not categorised as illegal goods, or goods prohibited and or limited for export, and also all the proper Indonesian permits and licenses have been obtained for export of such goods.
