Legal Question in Business Law in India

We all shopkeepers were having a shop from past 50 years but at that time that shop was of aryasmaj mandir market but actually we all are also paying the rent for it but now after 50 years we got a letter from horticulture department that we have to leave our shops in 3 days because this place is under horticulture department . These shops are 50 years old how could we leave these shops in 3 days please give a valid answer . These notice is given to 23 shops please help us

the shopkeepers may collectively approach the court and seek stay against the horticulture department.
