Legal Question in Business Law in India
Sir,
One MLM company approached me and said that they are starting an online shopping site,For that they are creating customers and the 80% profit of the online site will be divided equally to the customers with limited number.I checked their MLM site and it is legal.It says about some kind of club membership of the online shopping site. What are the legal documents for this? If i am joining as club member, what kind of documents should be given by the MLM company? I think it is loosely based on share market..I am not sure..
