Legal Question in Business Law in India
Hello Sir,
One of my known person asked me to invest 1 lakh in his small medium company and told me he ll put agreement and then add me as company partner. now the company lost its business. he is neither giving money back nor adding me his company partner. i want him to add me the company's partner atleast. I dont have any evidence of transacting money to his company account but i have his calls recorded. what to do? Suggest me Plz. Thanks in advance

Dear Sir / Madam,
Since everything is verbal and there is no documentary evidence of the transaction, all you can do is to mutually pursue the matter with the known person.
