Legal Question in Business Law in India
I had won a case against my client who refused to pay the amount for the service rendered. I have received the judgement copy issuing the client to pay the said amount along with interest. However the client is still not paying despite order by court. What's the next step I should take ?
Should I file an EP for arrest?
Should I file for attaching property of the client? However I am not aware of the properties of the client, then what should I do ?
Is there any other legal way ?
Please advice best course of action.
