Legal Question in Business Law in Kenya
I was working as a sales representative I had signed a document that I would pay acrurred debt of more than two years, given by previous sales reps. Now I quit the job and the employer is demanding the payments . Do i have a case against him.

Dear Sir / Madam,
Since you have given such a signed undertaking to the employer, it remains legally binding on you to fulfill and settle it.
