Legal Question in Civil Rights Law in India

we have 4 acres of land and we made ourself small canal for suppliying water to these land from main canal and we purchased land to make a canal to bring a water to my lands beween main canal and my land instead of main government canal because it is far away and some more people are using same canal which are made for us so we also thought that they are using without any issue for us
Now one of land owner came and issues a injection order saying that we stooped them to using water from this canal( my own canal) and saying this same canal using 150 mebers of landowners above my land
we have a documents when we purchased land of 5 cents from their father and they written in that is no water usage and any this is objected from this land and they are responsible for any legal action like this their parents mantion in our land documents
now what to do and what is the solution on this
