Legal Question in Civil Rights Law in India

if Allahabad High Court issue order that, "Learned counsel who was appearing for the

petitioner has been elevated to the Bench. Office is directed to issue notice to the petitioner for engagement of new counsel." My question are

1. As a respondent what will be I do?

2. What will be legally allowed minimum and maximum time for engagement of lawyer to petitioner?

the lawyer can be appointed before or after the date of notice.

Dear V Raj,

1. Being the respondent, you don't have to do anything with this permission granted by the bench to appoint a new lawyer.

2. The petitioner is required to appoint a new lawyer and inform the bench thereof within 30 days.
