my bhabi is continuously mentally torturing my mother as she owns the property and I m unmarried. 24/7 she is in search to instigate fight. her only purpose is to get the house in order to sale it that's why all the drama. first she was blackmailing through kids and now me. my mother is of patient of high bp. please tell me can I write an affidavit that if anything happens to me and my mother she is responsible or what should I do? police here in pak need witness proof etc etc I don't have any becoz she lies
