Dear Sir,

Since you already have a child, separation or divorce is not recommended. Let your wife behave in an erratic manner. Till such time as you bow down and go again and again and get her back from her parent's place, you are giving her unwarranted importance. Give her the freedom and you continue to play ball, since one fine day, when she realizes that she's being treated like "dirt" in the Society, she will repent and regret her decision and come back to you. The day she comes back to you of her own, she will never return back to her parents place.

as you are staying in greater noida, you cannot file a petition for custody in greater noida as the same needs to be filed where the kids are staying. But you can surely seek other remedies from the courts in greater noida.

Thanks and Regards
