The defendant has not filed documents along the written statement, i am the plaintif what sholud i do.

Dear Sir / Madam,
You should plead before the Judge to instruct the defendant to file supporting documents in the Court, failing which request the Judge not to prolong hearing further, and to expedite announcing judgement in the matter.
