Legal Question in Civil Rights Law in India
A false complaint(parcha) has been registered against my parents and they were given 14 days to get bail.when they approached court, judge ordered for police ivestigation and its report and next hearing is exactly on 14 th day.suppose they dont get bail on that day..will they be arrested on 15th day itself or will they get time to approach higher court,if yes,how much time will they get?p
