Legal Question in Civil Rights Law in Pakistan

A family friend of mine had given me sum of 2 million for showing bank statement 9 months before. She asked me to return the amount to her but I was reluctant and borrow some more time during period of 9 months. last week, she filed a FIR against me under section 410 (for fraud) and 510 (for threatening her with weapon). I was locked up for 3 nights and 4 days untill the amount was cleared through cheques from one bank to another. A cheque of 0.2 million has also been given which likely to be cleared after 6 months. All settlement/stamp writing/FIR Cancellation were done. while writing my verdict in front of Investigation Officer, I mentioned that I never possessed any weapon and never such activity had happened where the she quote me and my brother. However, everything was settled and now I am just waiting for DSP to sign the documents since all was settled under painchaiyat. I am free and living my normal life now.

I just want to know that she put wrong charges and took this matter to court where I had spent three nights/four days in lock-up, can I pursue hatak-e-izzat over this all what had happened and what I had suffered, or I should wait for the cheque to get clear first before proceeding this?

Please do reply, I would be waiting
