Legal Question in Civil Rights Law in India
we are of five family members father, mother, me(son) 30y, 2 sisters (28 & 26), my questions is my father does not put interest on me from my childhood, he always praises and spents money for my sisters only and educated them until phd , i was discontinued my +2 studies due to my family issues and un employed, when ever i ask money to start a small shop r business he says he does not have , so i decided to cultivate my grand fathers land , but the land documents are on my father &mothers; name when ever i ask the documents to get the govt provided benifits they raise a point that entire property belongs to my sisters only , plz find a solution to me

your problem is more of family related and social. try to be more acceptable to your family and recognize the rights of your sisters as well.
