Legal Question in Civil Rights Law in India

my father is having four brothers and,we are having thirty acres of DKT land for all five member till now we are cultivating land combinly,in that two people doesnt have any children,so Prior they told we dont need any land from now onwards.but now they are asking they want the share,why bcoz one of my cousin is probbing them to take that decision by them he want to take that land,bcoz of that my father and his brothers have been fighting with stones and talwars from last five years,dkt land shud be given to poor who is downtronned, my father and their brthers got settled well even though they are fighting for these land which i dont like,so i thought this land should hand over back to government, can you please guide me in which way i should move to submit this land to government
