Legal Question in Civil Rights Law in India
My father buyed a land in the year 1994 with his self earned money.But that property also is included along with ancestral properties in the suit filed by my father's brothers wife.will they get any right in the self acquired property which he buyed when my father's brothers were alive.kindly give your valuable suggestions
