Legal Question in Civil Rights Law in India

my father died in 1973 left behind 4 acres of land.

Total 7 heirs, 5 sisters ( all were major at the time of deed ) and 2 brothers including me.

Relinquishment deed was made by all 5 sisters in 1977.

My mother died in year 2000.Partition of land took place between me and my brother in 2005.

On VF6 ENTRY DETAILS it clearly mentions that deed was made at circle office in presence of more than 5 witness and it also mentions that 135-D notice were served to all 5 sisters at the time of deed.

Now ( after 39 years ) all my 5 sisters have send notice that they have not signed any deed and were not aware of any such laws at that time, also they made a plea to nayab mamlatdar to not take account the time elapsed.

Can please give your expert advice on this matter
